Developing Mixed Reality Tools to Support Citizen Participation in Urban Planning

We discuss our approach to supporting citizen participation in urban planning with augmented and mixed reality and interactive tangible tabletop. The augmented reality solution allows the stakeholders to view and compare digital models of buildings on their proposed location. In the tabletop system, the stakeholders can experiment with 3D printed models of buildings.
